This speaker weighs 70 lbs. The lowest frequency response of a sub also makes a difference, because it takes you down to that level where you start to feel it more than you hear it, just like very deep sounds in real life. This has a low freq response of 22Hz, lower than most other subs in its class, which typically go down to only 25-30Hz. It looks as great as it sounds! The high gloss "piano black" lacquer cabinet make this sub attractive enough to use as a small table rather than having to hide it away like a lot of subs I've seen. See in the pic below how it reflects its surroundings. Perhaps there may be a small cosmetic blemish or two that would require close inspection to notice, so you can display this sub with pride.
